Compassionate Mindfulness for Teachers is a 6 week mindfulness-based intervention focused on building resiliency skills for educators through the paradigm of mindfulness and compassion. Mindful awareness skills show great promise for teachers and administrators in regulating emotions, task performance and self-critical analysis. Foundational to Compassionate Mindfulness for Teachers is a commitment to a personal meditation practice drawing on the rich contemplative wisdom of mindfulness, compassion and self-kindness.
